In many situations, customers may be charged less than the published maximum depending on the vehicle, distance, and service required. We are committed to fair, transparent pricing and will explain all charges before any service is provided.

BASIC TOWING SERVICES
THESE RATES INCLUDE TOWING DISTANCE UP TO 10KM, DETERMINED BY THE GVWR OF THE TOWED VEHICLE. INCLUDE RESPONDING TO THE SCENE, PREPERATION TO TOW, POSITIONING, FLAT BED, DOLLIES AND/OR RELATED DUTIES FOR UPRIGHT VEHICLES THAT ARE LOCATED ON SURFACES NORMALLY USED OR DESIGNED FOR USE BY MOTOR VEHICLES AND HAVE NOT BEEN DISABLED AS RESULT OF A COLLISSION.

INTERMEDIATE TOWING SERVICES
THESE RATES INCLUDE 10KM OF THW TOW TRUCKS TRAVEL TO THE MOTOR VEHICLE BEING TOWED AND THE FIRST 30 MINUTES OF PREPARING AND SECURING THE MOTOR VEHICLE, AND CLEARING DEBRIS FOR UPRIGHT VEHICLES THAT ARE LOCATED ON SURFACES NORMALLY USED OR DESIGNED FOR USE BY MOTOR VEHICLES AND HAVE BEEN DISABLED AS RESULT OF A COLLISSION OR TOWED AT THE DIRECTION OF AN OFFICER OR INSPECTOR AND THE TOTAL TIME REQURIED TO CLEAR DEBRIS, FALLEN CARGO OR SPILLED MATIERAL AND MECHANICAL PREPARATION, SECURING AND COVERING EXCEED 30 MINUTES.

TSSEA requires Tow Operators to create a Maximum Rate Schedule. Maximum rates represent the highest amount that can be charged for each service. Operators can charge up to the highest published amount on their maximum rate schedule, based on the services provided and the nature of the tow. Tow Drivers can provide a quote for service prior to receiving your Authorization to Tow. Time of day premium for basic, intermediate and advance towing is applicable when initial dispatch occurs on a holiday or Sunday, before 8am or after 6pm Monday to Friday or before 9am or after 12pm on a Saturday.
